Yes, you will receive an email shortly before your delivery date after your is packed, processed, and paid.
You can edit or change your order any time before the cutoff deadline for your drop point. This is generally about a 1 week order window, unless you are a biweekly drop point in which case you would have about a 2 week order window. You'll receive a reminder email before this deadline to help you make any necessary adjustments.
Simply shop as you usually do. Log in, and your current order will appear in your cart, allowing you to add or remove items freely.
Any adjustments you make will apply to the order date indicated at the bottom of the open cart. There's no need to click a button, and you won't receive an email about the changes. Whatever is in your cart when the order deadline arrives will be what we pack for you. Any modifications made after the confirmation email will be included in the final order packed email.
This may occur occasionally. If it does, the product will be clearly marked as "OUT OF STOCK" in your order emails and online account. Once it's back in stock, it will automatically be added back to your subscription.
No worries! You have full control over your schedule. You can edit, skip deliveries, or cancel anytime—no commitments involved! Navigate to Account --> Subscribe to update your subscription.
Log in and navigate to Account --> Subscribe. Scroll to the bottom of the page and click on "Cancel Your Subscription." Please remember to cancel before the next order deadline to avoid receiving the upcoming order.
