Organic cream is vat-cultured in small batches with live active cultures in a 16-hour time-activated process, developing old world butter flavor. Silky and rich, our butter is slow-churned increasing the butterfat content to European standards of above 82%. The higher butterfat content perfectly suits table use, cooking, and superior baking.
